About this game
The Pitch
All your lives, you've lived in the Shadow of the Spire, built by a people long since gone. It houses the Hundred Faces, the only remnant of the builder and their vast knowledge. On a warm summer night, you stepped onto a train and into a bright future, going all the way to the top. You all have your reasons to speak to the Hundred Faces: questions that need answering, scores that need settling, purposes that need finding. At the brink of adulthood, you are allowed to speak to the Faces and get your answers. Then your life can truly begin.
The Game
Fabula Ultima is a ttrpg that tries to simulate jrpg tropes and gameplay. It is medium crunch and narratively focused. You'll be playing plucky youths about to enter adulthood and shoulder all these responsibilities, and you are granted the chance to get answers before entering that world.
